After 40 years as a builder and  designer I am focusing on small projects that I can service primarily by my self. Usually, it's just me, an engineer or two, and very little overhead. designed a couple of houses,

remodeling a couple of apartment buildings,

remodeling an art gallery and a church

designed a really sweet live-in barn in wine country.
